Our Fund Raising Committee continued the exciting
Events they have planned with the 007 James Bond
Ball on the 12th November. Canapés and a Cocktail
‘Shaken not stirred’ was followed by a three course
dinner and then the highlight of the evening,
dancing to the outstanding Tom Jones singing of
Tom Canning. A truly memorable evening.

Wine Tasting by “Bush Wines” on the 14th October was
an exciting and fun evening. Four White Wines and
Four Red Wines each drawn from a groups of three were offered for tasting and were
described in a “Call By bluff” format by a panel of three. The audience after tasting
voted on which one they thought was being offered. Chrissy and Bob of Bush Wines
and our own Nick Bernier demonstrated what accomplished ‘Fibbers’ they were!

The Fashion Show on the 23rd September was another success. All the tickets were
sold and both Angela Davis the Fashion Consultant Showing the French Label
“Captain Tortue”, and the stall holders have reported a good response to their
merchandise.
